• The top main first tier container capacity is 450 ml (when stainless steel is used). The bottom main second tier container capacity is 500 ml. Total 950ml (0.95L)
• Stainless steel compartments can be removed for a lighter lunch box. Can also be used as a single container or double container.
• For a lighter weight bento box, please remove all stainless steel compartments.
• Two removable divider inserts are provided for use when stainless steel inserts are removed. 
• The two main container tiers are leak proof but the silicone sealing must be correctly placed.

Disclaimer: The two leakproof compartments with the silicone seal are leakproof but are not meant for water or liquids. Air valve must be securely closed to maintain proper seal. Product contains no wood and the lid is not composed of wooden material. The lunchbox is not insulated and will not keep foods hot or cold for extended periods.
